Workers Protection Act
25 Jun, 2025
We are writing to let you know about the Society’s commitment to ensuring a safe and secure working environment for all our people as part of our ongoing efforts to safeguard their health and well being.
The Society has reviewed and updated its policies and procedures to align with the requirements of the Workers Protection Bill. We have introduced a Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Work policy to ensure that all our people are treated with dignity and respect within the workplace and do not experience any form of discrimination or harassment during the performance of their duties.
The policy outlines our expectations of our 3rd party relationships as well as the responsibility of our employees to treat all 3rd party associates with dignity and respect.
We believe that by fostering a healthy and secure workplace we can not only meet legal and ethical standards but also promote long-term employees satisfaction and engagement.
As our third party partner, we encourage you to align with our commitment to ensuring the health and well being of our people and ensure that similar standards are met when engaging with our teams.
Please feel free to contact the Society if you have any questions or require additional information.
Thank you for your attention and continued support.
